Stupid census question: do the crap electric wall heaters/storage heaters count as central heating?

  1. No they don’t count as central heating because they are individually heated. There isn’t a central source of heat that is distributed to the radiators. Each electric radiator creates it’s own heat and that’s why it’s not central heating.

  2. I don’t know the answer to this, but because of the other comments I feel obliged to say that it’s not a stupid question.
I feel like you should check ‘no central heating’ if you have all-individual electric heaters, but that’s a guess. I mean, if I go somewhere with no central heating, buy a few plug-in heaters in the hardware shop and plug them in do I now have central heating. The ones you have are no more ‘central’ than that surely. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
