I think it’s a Brown Recluse. Can cause skin damage and nausea, but never really fatal.

Looks like a lace weaver. Very common. Had to evict two of them from some pots in my garage as I was transplanting some of my plants this afternoon.
They are harmless, tend to stay away from humans, and they rarely bite.
