  1. Are they really magic mushrooms though? They look a lot like the shit shops in Amsterdam sell to tourists which look from the packaging like they have mushrooms/weed in but don’t.

  2. wish we could still buy mushrooms in the uk. bloody tony blair is such a square 😔

  3. I’ll admit, this looks like why I don’t buy a lot of confectionary on Temu

  4. The headline is as fake as the products being sold in the store, usual clickbait shite from Lord Lebedev of Siberia. It says the products were destroyed by the council and the owner paid a fine, so no police involvement. Which means the cookies contained no Psilocybin and were not what are considered magic mushrooms at all.

  5. How dare they sell a recreational substance for people to enjoy in their own homes! Mind-altering drugs should only be consumed by drinking in pubs!

  6. 20 years ago I remember buying mushrooms out in the open on Camden high street.

I think the laws on ‘fresh’ mushrooms are much different to laws on dried mushrooms when they become potent.

  7. The biggest crime is these stores are still around. Oxford St’s downfall in just 10 years is shocking.

  8. I sae those exact mushroom cookies for sale in Amsterdam.

They don’t have any active drugs in them iirc.

  9. Close them all. Problem solved. We don’t want them anyway! You need, like, maybe one in Camden and that’s it! All selling the same crap, no-one in there, boring…

  10. In fairness to the patsy running the shop he probably couldn’t read.
