I didn't know the price until he put the card reader out, these things used to be £1…!

  1. I’d call you a bit of a pillock I’m sorry to say, if only for not asking how much it was before ordering.

You could have also just said “no thanks”, offer a quid and see what the vendor said. If they insisted, leave it with them and leg it- if that was an ice cream van, you’d have half a street or more advantage over the vendor…!

  2. This looks like it came straight out of a can! And which can cost less than what you paid!

  3. I keep telling people it’s easier to buy this in bulk from screwfix and just add a bit of water rather than pay for smaller premixes

  4. A buyer who’s trying to keep the economy ticking without a day light robbery, it’s so much more money for value at places like Lidl or Aldi. But i understand trying to keep the local businesses going but some take the piss.

  5. Not really your fault but I’d ask for my money back

  6. Wally.

I get the fear though… you’ve queued. You’ve ordered. You don’t wanna say no… life comes for us all like that sometimes

  7. Satisfied customer – the product was offered for price and you agreed to pay it

  8. £3. Ice cream van man won’t get anywhere with that. He should know. Only accept card. I stood there with cash.

    Bet he can hear me.

  9. Oddly enough work has a food day each month, and this month I fact today they hired an ice cream van for 2 hours. We were told we had a budget of 3.50, yeah that didn’t get much like lmao.

  10. Muppet.
    Cabbage.
    Doughnut.

In full knowledge I’m just as likely to do the same 😂

  11. Should have thrown it at the vendor. It’ll be worth £3 then.

  12. I hear whale spunk is really valuable, so it seems like a bargain to me.

  13. Depends, do you have massive Shaq hands, if so that’s a big ice cream

  14. A bit of a plonker, but tbh I would have done the same in such a predicament.
