While it’s easy to believe people dislike Elon Musk, the rest of this sudden widespread PR campaign to make it sound like Musk and MAGA/Trump have parted ways feels like pretty obvious bullshit meant to help Musk rehabilitate his/Tesla’s images, and it’s getting frustrating watching people play into it.

    Musk dismantled various agencies which were investigating him and his companies. He festooned every facet of the government with his loyal incel cultists, starlink connections, and software. He walked away with every bit of data imaginable, and likely has persistent access to every system to continue harvesting more. He awarded himself billions of additional dollars in government contracts and fucked over various competitors.

    To take that information and say “oh look, he failed at what he wanted to do and has parted ways with Trump” is so obviously idiotic I don’t even know where to start with it or the people who are genuinely clueless enough to believe it.
