Krëfel indexeerde jarenlang de lonen van 160 medewerkers niet: ‘Ongezien’

  1. I honestly believe they were not aware of the problem. It’s just an unhappy coincidence of having the wrong incompetence stacking up over different layers: the HR staff, the social inspection and yes even the affected employees.

    Excuseer? Het absolute minimum zou moeten zijn de lonen correct direct uitbetalen, compensatie voor het gederfde loon EN de intresten daarop.

    Ik snap toch echt niet dat er 160 mensne zijn die geen idee hebben wat de index is.

This doesn’t seem like a small error, and because Krefel is claiming nothing went wrong, this is going to be one of those “well technically they didn’t break the law” stories… Like “yeah, no those people had fixed term contracts ending on 31/12, and their new contract started on 2/1, at the same wage they had last year. So they don’t get an indexation because they weren’t employed by us on 1/1”

  4. I don’t understand how Krefel even survives. The experience as a customer is worse in literally every way compared to any of their competitors.

  5. This did happen 4 years ago but I ordered a tv from Krefel. The person who delivered home started taking out of the box, mounted it to the support, and even went as far as putting the batteries in the remote, setting the language to Dutch and starting a channel scan.

    I don’t know what experiences he had on previous deliveries but I never received such unsolicited help before.

    Bought a phone there (before smartphones even) as new, and it still had contact information and voice recorder messages on it

    Last time I bought something from there 🤷
