Edit: it starts and then stops after a few seconds, does a beeping sound and shows this on the screen.

  1. Do you have the manual?
    If not, type the name and ne number and Google it. This should answer most of your questions

  2. You got to select all the things such as program, temperature and spin rate, then press on. The Zusatzfunktionen are there if you need to do a pre wash etc.

  4. In your video at least one tube is on the ground and not connected. Did you properly connect the water? Otherwise the machine won‘t start.

  5. Seems like a stupid suggestion, but are you sure the water connection open and flowing? You should hear the water flowing, normally a few seconds after starting, if not the machine will pause its program because it will sense that there is no water.

  6. The light got “Trommelposition” is on. I guess there is an issue with this. Remove everything and try running it empty. If it is still not working then you need help, that I cannot provide. Sorry.

  7. Are you sure you opened the valve so that it has enough water? And what is that hose that lies behind it? Shouldn’t it be connected somehow?
