21. I’m more surprised that the state media admit the accident. They could say nothing and nobody would know, but they did. How big of a problem is that? Lol. The captain is so f*cked.

22. Apparently the ship has a ruptured keel and is now lying on its side in the water, yet Kim has ordered the ship be restored before a June party meeting. That sounds a bit optimistic!
