The Fijians looked fairly seacht
The 7’s program has been making big strides over the last few years. For a Tier 1 rugby nation Ireland always lagged well behind in the adoption of the 7’s format. Good to see success coming to them
I know I’m gonna get stick for asking this but is Greg O’Shea still involved with the 7’s team or is he no longer in the squad?

Whenever I hear “Rugby 7s” I imagine 7-year-olds playing international rugby. I assume this isn’t actually the case.
