If people still die of COVID even with the vaccine, then that’s just unfortunate.
Throughout history we have had many things kill off lots of people, and this is just one more of those things.
We all hunkered down indoors for a year while our best hope (vaccines) were created and distributed.
We did our bit.
If that’s not enough, then RIP the people it kills. Sad, but just one of many natural causes that people die from, ultimately.
