    How could that possible require “very detailed checks?”

  2. How the fuck did his department not know? Fuck, the prosecution emails my department over speeding tickets…. 

  3. I’ll assume that everything that was reported was by the police officer who survived the incident.

    Knowing that he drove without a licence should throw a little bit of doubts on his reporting, no ?

    Maybe it’s clear cut and the license thing is a separate issue. But seeing that finding that out required a “thorough” investigation. I actually wonder about the quality of those investigations.

    This is a bit frightening.
