  1. It’s not a generation problem but a class problem. If a millennial is working a high paid job with benefits and breaks compared to a gen X working as a CNA, guess who’s burnt out? Same goes for gen z.

Psychological stress peaks in your late thirties and early forties and falls sharply from 50 to 65.   12. Why would I think like this? Gen Z has it extremely rough lol. I don’t care who is the most burned out. If they’re not most burned out now they’re gonna be right there with me soon!

  13. Why does it need have to be “who has it worse”? Millennial here, and I think the future looks bleak for both generations. Those who should be held accountable for the current state will not be, and that’s the only thing that should change.

  14. Uh, Gen X here. I’m pretty tired. Aging boomer parents. Gen Z and younger kiddos….yeah….im pretty tired.

  15. Gen X here. Soon we’ll have to take care of our boomer parents. You know the ones who pretty much got theirs and then screwed everyone else on everything and then to boot told us we were lazy and ungrateful for wanting the same. Now as they age off we have to take care of them while they siphon off and drain more from us. Yeah feels goods!
