    Biden condemned Russia on a regular basis.  Now Trump is expecting a pat on the head for doing exactly the same?

    He’s the most childish president in the history of our country.

Should we believe this statement or when POTUS repeatedly refused to clearly blame Russia for election interference despite U.S. intelligence consensus, publicly sided with Vladimir Putin over U.S. agencies at the 2018 Helsinki summit, froze nearly $400 million in military aid to Ukraine in 2019 prompting an impeachment inquiry, called Putin’s 2022 recognition of separatist regions “genius” and “savvy,” promised to “end the war in 24 hours” without clarifying whether it would favor Russian terms, downplayed NATO’s importance and threatened to reduce U.S. support, criticized U.S. military aid to Ukraine as wasteful, claimed Crimea rightfully belongs to Russia, praised Putin’s leadership while criticizing Western responses, and maintained communication channels with Russian officials despite national security concerns? I’m confused 🤔

  15. This statement probably means one of three things:

    1. the recent resignation of Ukraine Ambassador Brink has caused the administration to back pedal on their “blame the victim” rhetoric
    2. the EU trade/tariff negotiations are not going well and this is an attempt to get more on message with the EU to help grease the skids of a trade deal, which is seen as less likely with a pro-Putin White House
    3. US intelligence sees a major onslaught from a Russian offensive and they are trying to get ahead of the Russian military moves by condemning it upfront.

    IDK which it is, but it’s a welcome turn of events.

  21. This shit is why I actually don’t think Trump is a Russian asset. He’s just incompetent. Consistently years late to a conclusion and consensus that a sensible president would have had from day one. And then he’ll probably change his mind tomorrow and lavish praises upon Putin on Xitter again. He strikes me as the kind of person who never takes advice well and always has to come across an idea or evidence by himself to actually embrace it as conceivable. To his supporters this appears like he’s a decisive hard-hitter who never compromises on his ideals – to everyone else it appears like he’s a stuck up fool leading the country down the drain by following his egotistical nose and permanently trashing america’s international reputation and relations.
