  1. The rain has finally arrived in Cornwall, but we’re off to be tourists in Edinburgh for a few days. Looking forward to drinking Tennants, eating shortbread, and wearing a tam o’ shanter, just like the locals

  2. Drinks meetup at Spoons with work colleagues today. I might require an umbrella if I want to be dry when I get there.
    Bank holiday weekend shopping is all done, although this doesn’t necessarily mean I won’t be coming back home with at least one thing that wasn’t on my shopping list.

  4. Same as the rest of the week, feeling sorry for myself and wishing this cold would bugger off already!
    I’ve felt so ill all week but it just won’t go away.

  5. Coming back off holiday today. Currently waiting to be picked up from our hotel in Spain. Might rain a bit apparently when we get home?!

  6. Food shop.

    Doing some washing and putting out is now out of the question and I’ll be buggered if I’m putting the heating on to do some indoors!

    Then I think it’s time to tackle cleaning the windows (inside of them, I’m not daft!) and the bathroom.

    It’s really fun being an adult 🤣

  8. Shopping with family for holiday bits, lunch, back home the an evening with friends post child bedtime for Greek food and wine

  9. It has rained! Only drizzle, but for long enough to give the garden a fighting chance. Hoping for more today.

    My bedroom window has been fixed at last, so I’ve got fresh air, which ought to help me sleep better today. Fingers crossed.

  10. Running around after my 10 nobth old. Need to go to my parents and feed the cat at some point, they’re in Egypt!

  11. I want to paint the ceilings in the hallway and stairs, however the ceiling is about 10 foot above the stairs and I’ve no idea how I am going to reach

  12. Off to the parents as mum fell over in the garden carrying a large, full plant pot. She somehow landed back first on another plant pot and has a bruise from bra strap to arse and very painful hip. So will be helping dad carry the market shop home and do some bits for them.

    Then off to see final destination, which I will no doubt fall asleep through.

  13. Off to the supermarket and I’ll visit the car wash to get all the pollen and sap off the car.

    I’ll maybe clean some of the downstairs inside windows later.

    It’s my turn to choose the film that my better half and I will watch tonight. Any suggestions for a decent supernatural one?

  14. Embracing my nanacore **hard** today. Reading, snacking on cookies, dabbling in my jigsaw.
    I had every intention of repotting some plants today, but it’s gloriously wet outside, so I think I’ll just open the windows and enjoy the sound of the pitter patter.

  15. my only plans today are take the dog out at some point grab a McDonald’s for lunch, and watch doctor who! I’ve got fantasy life to play on switch/ps5 so I can distract myself while waiting for a phone call if that’s ever going to happen this weekend!(who knows!) my grandma has dementia and it’s just in limbo waiting to hear the news. 💔

  16. My favourite independent shop has moved to a larger venue, so I’m heading to it’s open day and I’m going to buy something and put it back as a Christmas gift. I may even accidentally buy myself something too.

  17. Currently in Norway watching my partners daughters graduation.

    Then we plan on exploring this beautiful part of the world and experiencing driving an EV down some very tiny roads

  18. Doing my parents shopping then popping to the garage to get my car tracking checked after a heavy kerb hit took out a tyre.
    An expensive example of why remonstrating with other drivers is a distraction.

  19. My boyfriend has gone to pick up an Aga oven for our new home so working on my Aga owner personality in prep for its arrival.

Researching other hotels in Manchester because Ive decided the one I’ve booked in Salford is too far away from the new arena and if i miss the tram a taxi could cost a lot, but i can’t really afford to stay closer to the new arena as the hotels are so much more and I don’t think ill be booking anymore concerts at coop live in the future tbh.

  22. Food shop, cleaning the house, walking the dog, and as I over did it a bit in the weekend need to chill. Watching a few eps of the new series of Clarksons Farm.

  24. Slam dunk festival, the sky is looking very grey though 🙁 Going to be a long day, booked the coach which left at 5:45 and at a guess I think we’ll be back 2-3am.

  25. Re-wiring the shed electrics to add a switched outside socket for the new pergola lighting. Between showers probably.
