    The EPA argued in its proposed regulation that carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from power plants that burn fossil fuels “do not contribute significantly to dangerous pollution” or to climate change because they are a small and declining share of global emissions, according to the NYT report.

  2. Took the world decades to reach a slight better improvement in overall pollution in some regions and now the USA, which always has lagged behind decided to race to the bottom and bring everyone together.

  3. Yeah, I really miss when those standards sucked and I got up each morning to look at the beautiful brown cloud that hovered over my city nearly every day. I hate that we made them clean it up and you can view the city from the foothills through clean air
