I want to take this train specifically because my friend already bought hers. Would you happen to know why they can't sell me tickets?

  1. It’s a night train by the swiss train service. You can book it on sbb.ch.

    ETA: Night trains usually have a different booking system, considering beds and cabins and all that stuff. You need to book them on the provider’s website, [sbb.ch](http://sbb.ch) for night trains to and from Switzerland, [oebb.at](http://oebb.at) for night trains to and from Austria.

  2. ………. find further informations in our ” contact details” (it´s a link so click it). There can be many possibilies why you can´t book it, if there was a helpfull link that would so great and helpfull.

  3. Guess because this train is travelling as Euro Night, NightJet and Intercity with 3 different Numbers and you may have chosen the RJ which is fully booked. As IC (No sleeping carriage) it’s available or you can change in Hannover to another train to Berlin, or in Leipzig as well. ask your friend what exactly to book (train number).

  4. You can book the train in the DB App if you only want a seat.
