This s clearly a work in progress and you’re not getting the full effect. Imagine if you will 3 or 4 tenants (indoors) & another half dozen in the garden. Now imagine a few months of needles, foil and withdrawal shits.
There are a thousand of these in South Wales, this one is just new that’s all🥺
Edit: That is some lovely stonework too. My guess is panic room, but I admit I’ve never been this close to such a posh build, so t could be a chimney.
