OK. Nice to know. Always good to keep these manouvers secret.
Will be interesting to see what happens to the CSG as it passes through the red sea.
If the group successfully defend themselves against the Houthis it will be more invaluable telemetry gathered to improve Sea Ceptor and Viper.
I mean given the US agreed with the Houthis that so long as they don’t attack US ships specifically they won’t do anything, it’ll be interesting to see what the Houthis will do next and if they increase attacks on other ships and attacks on Israel.
The US is actually finally putting America first in its own interest (hard to believe based on how he usually acts) and not standing up to any other country, possibly expecting the EU to take up more of the work.
Waste of time and money.
They are useless anyway.
Would be destroyed in a war with china or Russia
And would be vulnerable in the shallow waters of the Persian gulf in a war with Iran .
Would be unable to project ‘power’ against the houthis in the red sea.
Posturing.

It’s just a big lumpy bit of floating metal, prone to lots and lots of breakdowns. No aeroplanes that it can call its own and shadowed by the one and only still working nuclear powered submarine, rule britannia.
Never learn do they….the same fate will befall them as the US.
No one in their right mind puts a aircraft battle group in a confined space like the red sea.
I’m assuming they are going to attack Yemen in defence of the Houti attacks on Israeli shipping.
This must be Isreali lobbying….again
