Uitvoerende macht wilt macht van de rechterlijke inperken met andere woorden.
Waarom zouden ze het Europees Verdrag voor de Rechten van de Mens niet mogen aanpassen? Dat is toch geen druk zetten op rechters dat is toch gewoon wet aanpassen?
Bart de Wever placing himself on the side of the Italian fascist Meloni (well know for her illegal jails in Albania and his full support for Trump), the pro-Israel Tusk (another Trumpist, who refused to follow the European asylum pact and also refused to enforce the ICC arrest warrant to Netanyahu) and the Danish “social-centrist” Frederiksen (the one that implemented a law allowing authorities to confiscate valuables from asylum seekers)…
Luckily the Council of Europe won´t allow this group to “improve” the European Convention on Human Rights.
