And I don't mean the funny answer of '1 grosz'

  1. Keep it for sentimental value maybe it’s gonna be worth more for your grandkids 😊

  2. One pre-1995 grosz, i.e. 0.01 PLZ.

Since the exchange rate of old PLZ to new PLN was `10,000 PLZ = 1 PLN`, then you need to divide that number by 10,000.

So, if PLZ was still exchangable to PLN, the nominal value of that would be `0.01 PLZ = 0.000001 PLN`, or **0.0001 gr**. One ten-thousandth of a modern grosz.

But, PLZ is no longer exchangable to PLN, so the value is actually 0.

If you had like a kilogram of these coins, it might make sense as scrap metal, I guess. One single coin is worth absolutely nothing.

Would it be a collectors’ item? Not really, this as a plain coin of which billions were in circulation, and it’s not even in a good shape.

  3. They are lying. It’s worth 0.0001 gr (PLN). Or at least it was, when it was exchangable.

  4. Make two holes, and maybe it’ll gain some value as a button.

  5. Most likely nothing

Almost every household has coins or money from Polish People’s Republic

  6. Worthless. My granddad use this coins like a washers to make roof on tool shed
