  1. Honestly I think he’s right, wasn’t there a post on reddit showing that companies with happier employees do better in the market? And also another one which showed that WFH employees are happier and also more productive (no commute time). Also if you want to attract the best talent I feel like offering perks like this that doesn’t hurt the company is mutually beneficial.

  2. This all depends on talent. People who actually care about their jobs and the work will work hard and not abuse WFH. I personally WFH and love my job and always try my best. I don’t have to deal with work politics and I can focus on the work alone. And I haven’t been seeking another job ever since. This all depends on how good your recruiters/interviewers are and picking the correct candidates.
