    Maybe by reducing the ease for Russians to obtain visas the lights stay on better?

  19. I am nervous that Europe was flooded with Ukrainian refugees. I am not some russia-friendly Ukrainians (And I’m guessing those were well off) have infiltrated Europe and doing the Russian regime’s bidding. Or, it was an operation by Ukrainians to increase Europe’s willingness for war. Or just a network failure?
