He’s complaining about refusal to touch the “welfare” programs that eat up “all the revenue” that “need” to be cut to avoid borrowing money from China to support them: Medicaid, Medicare, and social security. No mention of maybe funding them by taxing people appropriately. Not exactly a come to Jesus moment…
