I’m a bit torn on this tbh, if these lads are using the Ukraine refugee’s to get around the green card process is a scumbag thing to do and I think the boarder control would be doing there due diligence and I am sure passport and / or some sort of proof of residence in Ukraine is requested when they are gaining entry.

My company has Ukrainian engineers and some of them are obviously not ethnically Ukranian but have been living there most of their lives, speak Ukranian, Russian, English, and presumably their parents’ language. They’ve been affected by the war just like ethnic Ukrainians and need asylum until they can return home to Ukraine.
Imagine fleeing a warzone after going through the horrors and mental strain that is part of that whole situation, losing loved ones, your home, not knowing what is happening to everything you’ve left behind, arriving at a safe place after being accepted as a refugee and being confronted by this fat sack of shit about the colour of your skin.
