The European Union on Tuesday said it would to review its trade cooperation deal with Israel over alleged human rights abuses brought about by the Israeli blockade of humanitarian aid into Gaza. In London, British Foreign Secretary David Lammy said in parliament that Israel’s policy of blocking aid and “expanding the war” in Gaza was “indefensible”.

  1. What sort of allies are these? Israeli soldiers must again risk their lives for freedom and democracy and those European countries want to keep them from victory.

  2. This is war, since when do you help an Islamic leader that the residents of Gaza chose, you should respect their freedom of choice and let them take responsibility for what they chose

  3. UN General Secretary Antonio Guterres stated that he stops all UN`s aid to Gaza if the UN can`t deliver it to Gaza. He also strongly opposed all aid to Gaza that is delivered by Israel or the US. Why oppose any aid to Gaza? All aid is needed in Gaza.

Where were UK`s, France`s and Canada's demands to UN General Secretary Antonio Guterres to continue to give the UN`s aid to Gaza?

President Macron, PM Starmer and Canada`s new PM Mark Carney all are in reality acting as Hama`s useful idiots. And so are also EU`s Ursula Von der Leyen and UN General Secretary Antonio Guterres, sad to say

  4. We have to act decisively to stop this madness. No more mealy-mouthed words from European leaders. Children are dying and the future of international law hangs in the balance.

  5. After 19 months and killing of 53k and possibly more of innocent civilians? Shame on your the EU and the world.

  6. Are the EU also taking steps to pressurise Hamas to surrender as that is clearly the best way to stop the bombing and allow aid to get to needy women and children and not to Hamas terrorists.

  7. There is still a certain amout of EU countrys opposed to putting pressure on Isreal ..Those countries are shameful…Hungary, Germany etc …14000 children could die here. These countries should be overruled by majority.

  8. What nonsense. It's time to let Israel prosecute this war as it chooses. For 77 years the permanent refugees have been waging failed war after failed war. They take all that aid and use it for yet another failed war. We've all had enough of this. Leave Israel alone. It was attacked on October 7 and now it gets to win the war Hamas started. Good.
