    The claim is that he said this in public at an event organized by WDR, so, this should get clarified soon.

I understand the “boil the frog” concept very well, to keep the ruZZians from overreacting to the West’s completely justified support of Ukraine, but this took WAYYYY too long. Even Trump is beginning to awaken to Putin’s unwavering desire to eliminate Ukraine and Ukrainians as a nation and culture. Now we have to see NATO finally agree on a no-fly zone over at least the western part of Ukraine, allowing Ukraine to focus its own resources on gaining air superiority over the battlefield. Slava Ukraine!
