19HKD a piece ( 24NOK ) because it is close to expiry date. I am not Norwegian, have been to Norway several days and I love Norway. I have never tried brown cheese and managed to get one in Hong Kong! Quite interesting I would say.

From what I hear from korea where it is quite popular is that people use it very differently from what is common in Norway. But you did it in a very traditional way.
Very nice. Use in sauces as well or on pancakes
Nice. Didn’t know we exported Brunost to HK.
Funny that the translation of ungsbakat in Swedish is not precise, a more direct translation would be oven baked.
And the bread has Swedish writing on it.
And that bread looks perfect for brunost as well! You can try it with jam on top, my favourite is raspberry, or slices of apple, cucumber or bell pepper!
Are you Asian? Do you happen to be lactose intolerant? If so, brunost will not agree with you. I learned that the hard way.
Pretty cool, never seen Brunost with export packaging before 😀
Did you find it interesting enough to buy again?
Try on bread with strawberry or raspberry jam.
Interesting seeing the different branding than here!
