  1. > Farage played the video and accused Sarwar of introducing “sectarianism” into Scottish politics.

Just shows how out of touch farage is, if he thinks sectarianism is a new phenomenon.

    Berk.

  2. It’s formulaic.

Reform: Tells everyone they’re not racist, wheels out some guy from an ethnic minority to ‘prove’ they can’t possibly be racist, person is then caught being racist/ found to have committed fraud/ caught having sex with the neighbour’s golden retriever, they then blame asylum seekers, put out utterly racist advert/ found to have been a member of the Dulwich College Nazi Society where they lectured on the evils of foreigners, they then issue a denial that the speech at the Society was in any way racist. Fire ethnic minority guy because being caught having sex with a dog is utterly disgusting and they are showing that they weed these sort of people out. Repeat.

  3. NF could go to hell with all his hatred.

And he will, that’s for sure.

  4. The Farage behaving like the Great British patriot he is – by importing US political tactics!

If its not racism its a dog whistle so loud it probably needs run through the HSE noise exposure calculator……

  5. Has anyone got a link to the ad? Honestly, from what I’m hearing it’s not racist – just shedding light on Sarwar’s own words, which carry a very clear, unambiguous meaning. Almost like a lot of pearl-clutching is going on.

  6. Some people really know how to pick the worst hill to defend—guess controversy never goes out of style.

  7. “introducing Sectarianism into Scottish politics’???
Now we have proof that Farage doesn’t have a clue about Scotland or the past few hundred years in Scotland.
    Choob!

  8. > Nigel Farage defends ~~Reform advert after~~ racism ~~claims~~

  9. What’s that you say? The racist defending racism?! Shocking!

  10. What confuses me is why is he picking on Labour?

Surely the obvious target would be SNP. Labour isn’t going to win next year’s election.

  11. Saying this, when you’re running besides a candidate who is in the OO in a seat containing *Larkhall*, is some brass neck

  12. I would like to formally invite Nigel Farage to Glasgow. Just have a wander down Buchanan St.
