Meghan Markle‘s been getting super real on her podcast, Confessions Of A Female Founder, and in the final episode, she’s talking about something SO many women can relate to – the juggle of building a business while being a mum.

She was chatting with Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx (who has four kids!), and Meghan was just in awe of how Sara managed to create such a huge company while also raising her family. It’s definitely something people don’t always think about, right? Then Meghan got really honest about her own experiences.
“People forget that Lili is three, and Archie is five,” she said. “So you look at the past five, six years of my life, it’s yes, with being pregnant or with a newborn or with a toddler, and then another one.”
