  1. The grave site itself and the way it is laid out is awful… is so scummy the way it sits where it is and the surroundings. It’s very disappointing sight to see for such a huge and important star. France and relatives (estate) do better!

  2. A newsreader introduces a story. And then passes it on to the reporter. Then the reporter introduces the story. Then she reads and insert screenshots. Then she passes it back to newsreader. Then newsreader thanks the reporter. That's how you fill 6mins show segments

  3. I love Morrison but wish that people would NOT mark on OTHER graves at all – mainly to give directions for Morrison or others! That is very disrespectful!
I am though glad that the bust was recovered!

  4. That makes me so angry when people steal headstones from ANYONE! no matter who they are!! its sad that some celebrities have to have hidden burial sites because of this, and even worse, people are sick enough to try to dig up Nazi graves , famous SS commanders to steal anything they are buried with for money, or souvenirs, and its sick. Im glad it was found. Maybe because people are aloud to be so close? why dont they put a gate around it? that's strange. As famous as he was, you can walk up, touch his grave, deface it, no wonder it was stolen

  5. The guy who stole it was not a "diehard The Doors fan" because anyone who loved the band and Jim would not desecrate his grave like this

  6. I visited the grave in 1992 with my Father, who's since passed away, when we arrived there was no one around, just a freshly baked cherry pie sitting there, we sat there and listened to "An American Prayer" on my tape player, gradually more people started to arrive, from all over, some Dutch folks, a dude from Texas, and some Canadians, we passed around a joint and cut up the pie and shared it around, it was beautiful.

  7. Now, if they could just find his '67 Shelby Cobra he called "The Blue Lady".
There are a hundred articles on the web claiming it has been found, but they're all clickbait.

  8. Ironically it's probably been really well preserved and in immaculate condition considering how bad condition it would have been in the wet weather
