A record number of puffins have been recorded on a small island off the Pembrokeshire coast, despite global populations declining rapidly.

  1. I’ve not visited Skomer, but I have been to Ynys Seiriol (Puffin Island) off Ynys Môn during ‘puffin season’ and it’s a sight to behold.

    I hope these record numbers are a sign the local population is doing well, not just an outlier.
