SpaceX launches another Starship rocket but it tumbles out of control • FRANCE 24 English

SpaceX’s Starship rocket roared into space but then spun out of control about halfway through its flight, failing to complete its most important testing goals. SpaceX CEO Elon Musk later said on social media that a leak on Starship’s primary fuel tank led to its loss of control. Morgan Ayre reports.

  4. Why are people acting like this is horrific, this lauch, explode, learn and try again is literally the SpaceX model. This is why Elon succeeds, and everyone else fails. I don't like the guy, but the crowing in the comments is so foolish and blinkered.

  7. So… it was like Musk launching itself into politics: it was a show, then all hell broke loose, so he vanishes for some time, and will land somewhere else where people don’t bully him so much.

  15. It was a success. The controlled spinning and crashing gave a lot of data on weight spin rotation and hard material landing which is very useful. Another great successful mission. Next astronauts back to the moon by next year. And Mars in 3 years using this great Super Heavy rocket. Astronauts cannot wait to be the first to be in it. We are lucky to have one of them here today. This is astronaut David Williams. Hi Dave Hi thanks for having me. Tell the public why you cannot wait to be the first astronaut in the Super Heavy. Well I had made some bad investments. It lead to my wife divorcing me. And a retraining order stopping all communications with my x wife or our children. I lost my home and am in so much debt I am living in a tent in some woods having to bath in a polluted pond. And just went to the doctor finding out I only have not long to live. So I was begging to have been able to be in this Super Heavy. But got refused. So looking forward to being in the next one even if I have to sneak into it. Or try and hang on to it as it lifts off. Ok you heard it here first. Astronaut cannot wait to be the first one in a Super Heavy rocket by Space X. 😱🚀🛸

  17. The rocket is imitating Elon, the corporate welfare queen. Instead of feeding hungry children donnie two dolls is giving your tax dollars to Elon to build the rocket version of the cybertruck/dumpster fire.

  19. People are so clueless. This is how you always built new rockets. You learn from the tests. You think in 60`s they always succeeded ? 9/10 was a kaboom 😀 Even this days with new technology its the same.
