  4. I’m glad to see the courts are stopping Trump from doing what ever he wants. I wish congress would stand up to him but the republicans are afraid. I hope the Supreme Court will fallow thru. But then Trump ignores the courts anyway. Laws do not apply to him, he thinks.

  5. Too little too late for the damage he’s already caused. I work for a small private flooring supply company and we had to turn away a container of product before it hit the port because the tariffs went from $6,000 to $41,000 on just the one container. The owner of the company said we would have had to change the price from $20 each to $35 each just to make up for it. And anybody familiar with flooring/tile installers will know that they won’t buy a product at that price. This TACO war is hurting independent businesses.

  6. I wouldn’t say his power was strip away by the courts, they reaffirmed that he couldn’t do sweeping tariffs since he never had the power in the first place.

  11. Duh. The President has no constitutional power to create tariffs by edict. It is a Congressional power.
