  14. to me it looks like a shaped charge on the light pole, aimed exactly at the spot the guy would stand at. Either way, suicide bombing makes no sense, why not shoot/stab him instead? The second guy probably had no idea this was going to happen. He could unknowingly carry the charge, or was on an intelligence mission and was just told to stand at that exact spot.
