    So, most of the employers have prejudices and discriminate based on origin, but, hey, most of them are not racists…

    Nobody will say that employers and most of the people in Belgium would go out hunting and killing foreigners because they hate them, but it is evident and all studies show that there is a latent racism in housing and work, like in every other country.

  3. Alle vacatures die internationaal open gezet worden trekken 80% Indiërs, Egyptenaren etc… aan. Voor mij lastig, want dan zit ik met alle administratie, aangezien ze allemaal geen werkvergunning of verblijfsvergunning hebben. Verder heb ik nog geen enkele match gehad tussen job description en opleiding. De meeste van deze applicanten sturen mijns inziens random de CVs in. Ik ben intern verplicht ze allemaal te bekijken, maar eindig uiteindelijk met een Europese aanwerving. Tegenwoordig sterke profielen uit Spanje, Duitsland en Polen.
