NOVI, MI – One of the biggest shopping malls in Michigan will get three new tenants in the near future at the space once occupied by Sears.

Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi will welcome DICK’S House of Sport, Primark, and Round 1 sometime in 2026.

“We are thrilled to share the news about the transformation of the former Sears anchor store into a vibrant collection of innovative retail,” said Kelsey Ames, Marketing & Sponsorship Manager at Twelve Oaks Mall. “These new additions will bring unique experiences and entertainment options to the Novi community and will expand the shopping center’s diverse mix of retail, entertainment, and dining. The opening of these stores is expected to create numerous job opportunities and stimulate economic growth in the area.”

At 100K+ sq. ft., DICK’S House of Sport will provide athletes with an assortment of products along with in-store experiences including a climbing wall, multiple golf bays with TrackMan simulators, outdoor field, and a multi-sport cage that can be used for baseball, softball, lacrosse and soccer.

Primark will occupy 46K sq. ft. on the upper level. This will be the fashion retailer’s second location in Michigan.

Round 1 will occupy 54K sq. ft. of space and will feature bowling, arcade games, karaoke and more along with food.

“We are looking forward to seeing the positive impact these new stores will have on our mall and the Novi community,” Ames added. “It’s an exciting time for Twelve Oaks, and we can’t wait to share these experiences with our shoppers.”
