Something like an countrywide energy security strategy will take decades not a few years, what’s he on about?
If only we could have seen this coming, like:
A pandemic, climate change, the obesity epidemic, the housing crisis, the water pollution crisis etc etc
So this is their new logic. Like how apparently everyone knew Brexit was a long term thing and we wouldn’t see the benefits for years/decades. We’ll probably hear the same about the NHS and social care when it’s shown no improvement in the next two years.
11 years ago those dumb Tory cretins were told to invest in nuclear power by their own report. But no. Failed austerity and corruption while blaming all the wrongs on foreigners and the unemployed.
Clueless. Onshore wind farms would resolve this in literally a year
