I'm from Germany and collect strange or exotic plants, especially berries.
I'm trying to cultivate Moltebeeren/cloudberries/multebær/multer here to eat them and cross them with some local raspberry varietes (same plant family) to create a survivable cloudberry/raspberry-hybrid that has some of the same taste, but grows better in warmer climates. But it's hard to lock down the right conditions to make the cloudberry seeds germinate here. So I need enough viable seeds to try a lot of things to get it working. Plants and seeds are almost impossible to buy from local German or regular international shopping sites or international internet vendors or reaaally expensive for a tiny amount of seeds.
So I'm trying to just buy them from local Norwegian producers/berry pickers in larger quantities to import them and extract the seeds. (Of course jam won't work, because the cooked seeds are dead.) Of course cultivated species/cultivars are preferable to wild species.
I'm trying to find an Norwegian (or Swedish please don't kill me) equivalent to eBay.de or Kleinanzeigen.de to buy them from private or regional producers and convince them to send it to Germany.
Would anyone be nice enough to point me to a website, place or something similar where I could buy a medium amount (gramms or kg) of cloudberry/multebær seeds or fruit, please?

Why are people downvoting this?
EDIT1:
I tried already:
https://www.qxl.no/?term=&s=multeb%C3%A6r&post_type=product&taxonomy=product_cat (Norwegian)
= No results at all.
finn.no (Norwegian)
The search term makes all the difference!
multebær = (-) no results at all.
multer = (+) !!! You get a search overview. You've got to select "Torget" to be shown the suitable offers.
I found 2 maybe useful offers:
_1. https://www.finn.no/recommerce/forsale/item/244832862 400g / 160 kr/NOK = 13,91 EUR = 34,78 EUR/kg
_2. https://www.finn.no/recommerce/forsale/item/358742412 500g / 125 kr/NOK = 10,87 EUR = 21,74 EUR/kg
https://meny.no/sok/?query=multeb%C3%A6r&expanded=products (Norwegian)
= Some kind of supermarket. Offers cloudberries, but they're suspended in some kind of liquid and it's unclear whether they've been cooked, the seeds are usuable or if they're delivering said product to Germany.
380g / 199 kr/NOK = 18,32 EUR = 48,22 EUR/kg

https://www.tradera.com/search?q=Hjortron (Swedish)
= Doesn't show anything for Germans. If you switch to Swedish, you can find very small seed packages that seem to only be available in Sweden. I'll link them in case someone else is just looking for small packages.

= No suitable results in the form of seeds or berries.
EDIT2:
The kind u/jeusek informed me that plant propagation of cloudberries with seeds is unusual, because the plant can take up to 7 years to mature and reveal it's male or female gender (only females can make fruit, but need to be pollinated by a male).
Frø: Frøformering er uvanlig, siden planter fra frø bruker opptil 7 år på å danne bær og kjønn kan stadfestes.
Seeds: Seed propagation is unusual, as plants from seed take up to 7 years to form berries and sex can be confirmed.
Usually, cloudberries seem to be most prevalently propagated through rhizome or cuttings so that may be the smarter way to go.
Deling: Deling av rotstengler tidlig på våren, eller rett før bladavfall på høsten.
Stiklinger: Semimodne stiklinger i juli og august. Høy luftfuktighet.
Propagation: Division of root stems in early spring, or just before leaf drop in fall.
Cuttings: Semi-mature cuttings in July and August. High air humidity.
There are multiple varieties to choose from, but there seems to be only one variety that has a hermaphrodite gender – Nyby – which enables it to self-pollinate and be self-fertile in terms of seed.
Mature varieties:
Apollen: (Male) Can pollinate both ‘Fjellgull’ and ‘Fjordgull’. Medium size with good spreading ability. Medium number of flowers with many pollen carriers. Medium early flowering (Andøya, Norway).
Apolto: (Male) Can pollinate both ‘Fjellgull’ and ‘Fjordgull’. Vigorous growth, with medium spreading ability. Many flowers with many pollen carriers. Medium late flowering (Andøya, Norway).
Fjellgull: (Female) Intended for mountainous areas. Short-grown plant with very good spreading ability. Many flowers with a medium number of fruits per plant. Medium berry size and large yield (Ifjordfjellet, Norway).
Fjordgull: (Female) Intended for fjord areas. Vigorous growth with good spreading ability. Many flowers with many fruit qualities per plant. Medium late ripening (Andøya, Norway).
Nyby: (Self-fertile) Smaller berries than ‘Fjordgull’ (Finnish).
I learned a lot today! Thank you guys so much so far!
Guess I'll try to find Nyby rhizomes or cuttings now…

Cloud berries might look like raspberries, but you can’t just grow them in your garden or in a field. These only grow wild in wetlands.
You could always try Finn.no.
No guarantee that they have anything, but it’s the go-to website for the average joe that wants to sell whatever random thing they have lying around. Some people advertise their business there too.
I’m sure you’re aware if you’re a collector, but keep in mind that the toll is sometimes very restrictive with import of plants/seeds/living things. Best make sure you’re even allowed to import these before you pay. 😉
[Finn.no](http://Finn.no), but you need to be Norwegian to use it.
Then there are always frozen berries in most stores.
As far as I am aware only Finland does cultivation and all cloudberries sold in Norway (and Sweden I believe) are wild picked.
To be honest, your best bet would be to take a short holiday and buy it yourself. Or find someone from Sweden/Finland to buy the frozen stuff for you, clean off the fruity part and ship the seeds to you, since those countries are in the EU and you have less restrictions and import duties on shipping these things (and it is much faster).
Edit:
I actually found this site that ships frozen berries, including cloudberries, but they only ship during winter:
