  1. I thought it was satire for a second. They’ve basically just said “we’re not going to help poor children because we don’t want to”

  2. So our government is doing the same thing as the CCP, where they had a five year plan to abolish poverty in China which they successfully implemented by changing the definition of poverty (don’t you know their five year plans always succeed?).

    Nice to know we’re in the same boat, except we’re allegedly a free democracy.

  3. There’s no point in having child poverty targets. *Their* children are doing fine, and that’s **all** that matters to these ghouls.
