  3. How about the mob trying to get at him? Are they being charged? The guy didn’t do it out of the blue, he was scared for his life.

  12. He drove down a closed road. He’s swerving as he does so according to at least one person in the video who shouts ‘he’s swerving’. The crowd becomes angry, possibly feeling threatened by someone driving down a closed road and swerving. He reverses without looking angering the crowd further. He is obviously panicked and scared by the crowd but his decision making lead to that, he’s now made 3 very bad decisions of driving down a closed road, swerving and reversing without looking. He then makes the most dangerous 4th decision to take off and ends up driving into the crowd.

    These decisions were likely made because he was ‘unfit through drugs’ according to the police but is one of the charges he isn’t facing but the investigation is in the early stages they say. That’s why he managed to make 4 very poor decisions maybe.
