It should be where it says “boletín”, the first number in the paper
Is there something written on the other side? It says “ver al dorso”. If not, try the “boletín”.
I had to pay one of these the other day (but in a dif city). I found out after the fact that I could do it thru my bank’s website, and my phone camera could read the barcode. With CaixaBank, it was ‘operar’ then ‘pagos e impuestos.’ Then I had the option of reading the barcode. Try that.
Try with the number below that is Identificación, is a ten digit number too.
Its very typical to get a fine for parking in loading bays in little villages like that, specially at that time of the day, it’s an expensive price to pay but hopefully lesson learned, I used to work picking up and delivering people with disabilities and movement impediments and someone parked at the loading bay and because of that I had to carry the poor person for two blocks it was very humiliating and degrading and will never forget her poor face, I hope you can sort your fine out before the 20days so you only pay 50% but please don’t park in loading bays, they are for people that are working and need the space for loading or unloading, as the name indicates.

Have you tried out the number at the bottom who says “Referencia” or “Identificiación”?
To get 50per cent off the fine it explains on the back “ver al dorso” put up photo of that
Other side.
Man you got your pants pulled down and banged hard
