Ignoring the point of benefits in the article here, hopefully now people can see that the money is still controlled in Westminster, regardless of what policy and spending is decided in Wales.

sounds like really big numbers doesn’t it, £466m. It’s somewhere n the ballpark of 2% of the UK Government grant to Wales for this financial year (£21bn)
As per the article, the forecasting is projected to affect 190,000 people, or 6% of the Welsh population
466,000,000/190,000 = ….£2,500 each.
Sounds shit but they’ve deliberately used a massive number as the headline.
