And it was a, how can I put it — I felt like I was part of something. That show was on for 50 years, you know, so it’s this American institution. So when you’re in the room, and you see all the different people that were part of the show, I had this really great feeling, like, ‘Wow, I’m a part of this show!’ It was a good feeling. I loved it.”

  3. After decades of weird vibes and bad blood it was amazing to see Eddie at SNL 50 and swing for the fences. At the 40th all we got was him basically saying “thank you” but the 50th he had multiple sketch appearances and was for me the highlight of the show
