Ryanair made a balls of my booking and put my Daughter down as an Adult. Now I have to call to the desk in the airport to check her in at 04:00 in the morning for a 06:50 flight. I tried a bit of horse trading but yer man from the helpdesk was a tough cookie.

In fairness the chat doesn’t fuck around. I joined the queue at 730 people and within 20 mins I was onto to someone.. they fixed the problem fast and it was good luck and goodbye.
Ryanair is atrocious. Several times they tried to seat my minor daughter separate from me. Blaming the system. This airline really sees the passenger only as cattle and it shows in any interaction with theire staff.
I hope they will at least waive the €55 fee to check in in person?
Ryanair were good for a while. Now they’re back to their awful customer service. I tried to cancel a flight under medical grounds. They won’t refund me. Apparently a head injury isn’t a serious medical condition 🙄
