Can someone help me decipher this phone contract?

So from what I can see, I'm paying for the phone over the course of 36 months, whereas my data contract actually only runs for 24 months.

When the 24 months have run out, will I still get the price of €9,99 per month or will they hike the monthly cost like crazy since I'll be locked to them by paying for my phone for an additional 12 months after that? Or will I not be locked to them?

confusing to say the least!
