I know, it makes no sense
With my humble linquistic knowledge, I say it is correct. There is a fronted adverbial “here” after which comes the subject-verb inversion for emphasis. 100% legit. It’s all about the capitalized “The”
já bych napsal “the east is here”
It actually changes the meaning a little bit :DD “Východ je tady” sounds like you’re giving someone an the information whereas “Tady je východ” could sound more like a command in a certain situation.
We are a bit more free on theese kinds of this but while its technicaly right it can be worded better
