World Cat Exhibition opens in Zagreb

Best In Show, 355 four-legged contestants, esteemed feline judges from around the world, and tempting street food – there’s still time to visit Family Mall.

Saturday kicked off with high energy at Family Mall, starting early in the morning.

The Samobor Majorettes, the White Quartet, and the finalists of the musical show The Voice Kids Croatia captivated both participants and visitors with their talent.

Throughout the day, a fierce competition took place in 14 rings simultaneously, where the most beautiful cat of the exhibition, the most beautiful kitten, and the top cats in each registered breed were awarded.

The organizer, Felis Croatia Association, highlighted one special feature of the exhibition – rosettes decorated with traditional Croatian folk costume motifs, which winners will cherish as lasting memories of this event.

A lot of attention was drawn to the Best In Show competition, where every little detail was evaluated in choosing the most beautiful cat.

Competitions continue on Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a very attractive program, and the most beautiful cat of the exhibition will be selected at 4 PM.

In addition to admiring the cats, visitors can also learn useful information about the nutrition and care of their furry companions. Cat lovers will also find a food truck offering delicious street food and drinks outside the pavilion.

Tickets are priced at 8 EUR for adults and 4 EUR for children, available at the box office in front of the hall or online at entrio.hr.
