I’m guessing that the price was €225k, now it’s €200k.
The red arrow was a token used by Gondor to summon Rohan in time of dire need.
It seems to show up on houses that have notions and been on sale for about 10 years
Wow. First I thought 25,000 looked like a reasonable price … no offense to the house owner.
Isn’t a BER G rating the equivalent of standing outside
LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
You’re some lad. LOL LOL LOL
Does it mean 25,000 down payment required?
You have to put 25k as a down payment, only logical thing I can think of /s
Despite the climate, it does happen. Lots of people have serious notions about what their property can fetch. But there are still limits. I was on the market last year and you should have seen some of the kips up for serious money. Unsurprisingly many are still for sale.
Just took a look at the listing on daft. No pictures of the inside but they managed to post one of a peacock.
I’ve noticed to hide the movement of house prices estate agents just remake the ad with the new figure
It means the property value dropped recently. Probably because the last family froze to death.
A BER of G? 200,000 will be the annual heating bill then at current rates.
Means it’s very cheap now but when you move in ur gas bill will be the same price for the next 5 years
There isn’t a single picture of the inside on the listing. I’m sure that isn’t helping
