Hidden below the single-family homes, blocks of flats and public facilities in Switzerland are about 360,000 shelters designed to offer protection in case of war. These structures, which today are used as wine cellars, hobby rooms or storage areas, were for the most part built during the Cold War.

I thought they had to be kept as shelters by law?
in case of emergency i will get drunk and have zero water or food, but i will have bordeaux.
