  1. Alright we test it out 10,000 times but the police do not act on it. Its just tallied behind the scenes. If it correctly predicts 10,000 cases out of 10,000 cases we go ahead. If it fails 1 time we don’t even consider it and the concept is dropped for 100 years.

  3. If statistics show higher propensity to crime from particular groups based on past prosecution have said groups thought about reducing the crime they commit as an effective way of reducing the risk of being profiled?
